Desert Peak Staff Alerts: SMS terms

Desert Peak Co. builds and runs the software behind our clients' businesses, including Ryse Athletic Club. When something needs a person's attention, we send the owner or staff member a short text. These are work alerts, not marketing. We never send promotions or offers through this program.

What the texts say

A new member signed up and needs approval in the billing system.
A daily summary of members still waiting on approval.
A member was approved, or deleted their account.
A system or security alert that needs a look.

Every text starts with the name of the business it is about, for example: "Ryse: Maria L. needs approval in ABC. ID checked at the desk."

Who gets them

Only owners and staff of a client business. Members of the public are never added, and we never add anyone from a list. Each person signs up themselves with the form below, and we keep that sign-up as the record of their consent. Your first text confirms you are signed up and tells you how to stop.

How often

Message frequency varies with how busy the business is, usually a few texts a day. Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any text to stop getting them. You will get one final text confirming it, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@desertpeakco.com or 312-680-0626. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your number goes to Twilio only so it can deliver the texts. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
