How we approach it
We start with what the site is for. Who lands on it, what they need to know, and what you want them to do next. The design follows from that rather than from a trend.
Restraint is most of it. A clear hierarchy, real photographs of the business where we can get them, and copy that says the thing. No stock imagery, no page-builder templates, no effects for their own sake.
The site is built on the same foundations as everything else we make: fast, accessible, and structured so search engines and the people using them can read it.

What does website design include?
Design and build, together. You get a finished site on your own domain with hosting, SSL, analytics, and contact or booking flows in place, not a mockup you have to take somewhere else. Every site is designed for the specific business rather than adapted from a template.
Will the site be built to rank?
The foundations are built in: fast load times, mobile-first layout, clean heading structure, metadata, and structured data. That is what makes a site eligible to rank. Ongoing search work in competitive terms is a separate conversation, but the site itself is built to be found from day one.
Can I update it myself?
Yes. Content that changes regularly is set up so you can edit it without a developer. Larger changes you can bring to us or to anyone else; the code is yours.
How long does it take?
Most sites take a few weeks from kickoff to launch: direction and content first, a first draft on a staging link, revisions, then launch. You see and approve everything live before it goes public.
